Session on Gender Sensitivity - In collaboration with Tech Mahindra

Two Gender Training sessions were conducted for teachers to recognize the gender biases that play out in a class and know how to deal with them. Working around the subtle yet deep-rooted mind-set of gender discrimination, these workshops engaged the participants to think out of the box and make necessary changes to bridge the gender gap.
